U.S. and Canada Route
U.S. and Canada route
The U.S. and Canada route covers major ports, airports, overseas warehouses, and commercial delivery addresses across both markets. It is suitable for traditional trade, cross-border e-commerce, FBA replenishment, wholesale stock, auto parts, furniture, home goods, and project cargo. FCL, LCL, airfreight, ocean-truck, ocean-rail, and other multimodal options can be selected by volume and timing.
This route requires accurate documents and destination appointment coordination. Before booking, consignee information, declaration elements, packing list, invoice, product attributes, importer details, warehouse rules, and delivery address restrictions should be reviewed.

Ocean, air, and cross-border delivery
Ocean freight can be routed through U.S. West Coast, U.S. East Coast, Canada West Coast, or Canada East Coast gateways. Airfreight suits replenishment, samples, urgent orders, and time-sensitive shipments. For cargo entering overseas warehouses, Amazon FBA, or commercial addresses, appointment, palletizing, labeling, devanning, and truck delivery requirements can be confirmed in advance.
Cross-border transfer, warehouse relocation, and split delivery between the U.S. and Canada are also common. After arrival, pickup, devanning, transit storage, sorting, labeling, repacking, truck delivery, or door delivery can be arranged by inventory plan.
Customs documents and destination handling
U.S. and Canada import operations may involve ISF, eManifest, importer information, tax IDs, HS codes, product descriptions, and compliance documents. These materials can be prepared before shipment to reduce customs delays caused by incomplete declaration information.
For cross-border e-commerce customers, destination warehousing, devanning, appointment, and delivery are often as important as the first-leg shipment. Coordinated origin and destination handling keeps booking, declaration, arrival, customs, pickup, and delivery connected.
